Early Life
Jack White was the youngest of Teresa and Gorman M. Gillis’s ten children. He was born on 9 July 1975, in Detroit, Michigan. He is of Polish, Scottish-Canadian descent.
From an early age, Jack White grew up in a Catholic Christian family. His parents worked as Building Maintenance Superintended and Secretary in the Cardinal’s office for the Archdiocese of Detroit.
