Judge Joe Brown was born on 5th July 1947, in Washington D.C, the U.S. but raised in Los Angles. He earned a degree of bachelor in political science when he was 22 years aged. Later he earned a Juris Doctor degree.
At an early age, Joe was passionate about court proceedings and he studied Law. He became the first Afro-American prosecutor in Memphis city. Talking about his personal life, he married and divorced two women. Currently, he is the father of two siblings.
