Reggie Bush was born in Spring Valley located in San Diego County, California, U.S. on 2 March 1985. He belongs to African-American ethnicity. His biological father, Reginald Alfred Bush, was absent from his life. He spent his childhood with his mother and stepfather.

He is a by-birth running back footballer. He played at Helix High School as a running back and gained fame. At an early age, he earned the No. 1 running back player honor in the nation. Later, he attended the University of Southern California where he played for the Trojans. 

Career
