Early Life
John Daly was born in Carmichael, California, US. He was born and raised in a middle-class family with his older brother and sister. His father, Jim Daly was a construction worker and his mother, Lou Daly is a homemaker. Jim often had to work night shifts to support his family.
The Daly family frequently moved from one town to another for a better living. They moved to Dadanelle, Arkansas when John was 4 and the following year, he started playing golf at Bay Ridge Boat & Golf Club. Since then, playing golf had become an addiction for John.
