Jason Garrett was born on 28 March 1966, in Pennsylvania, the U.S. His father Jim Garrett was a professional football player and coach.
Besides, his brothers Judd Garrett and John Morgan Garrett were also NFL football players and played for many clubs.
Jason attended the University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio where he lettered in football, baseball, and basketball. In 1984, he graduated from this school. Garrett further gained second-grade education at Holy Cross School in New Jersey.
In his early collegiate life, he played quarterback for the Freshman Team.
Career
Talking about his college career, he started his football career for the Freshman Team at Princeton University. Here, he played in the quarterback position and registered 64 completions on 116 attempts for 996 yards.
